Project Description:

A new theatre in the round on Chicago's North Side for the legendary Steppenwolf Theatre Company.  The $3 million dollar HVAC scope is being completed in collaboration with Norcon Construction.  This project includes three new custom air handlers, a new chilled water plant, return air under the theatre seats, and strict acoustical requirements throughout.
